Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website www.Newmexico-expedition.com (the "Site") operated by Newmexico-Expedition LLC ("NM-E"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Site.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos used and displayed on this Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of NM-E and others. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of NM-E or such third-party owner.

USER ACCOUNTS:

If applicable, you may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. NM-E provides these links for your convenience only and is not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any third-party websites or resources.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the laws of the State of New Mexico shall apply.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS:

NM-E reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NM-E regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings between you and NM-E.

FACEBOOK AND SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Advertisement Limitation: Businesses are permitted to post only one advertisement per month on NM-E's social media platforms, unless they have a written agreement with NM-E or sponsor NM-E directly.

Product Showcasing: NM-E reserves the right to showcase products or product lines to members in the NM-E community that have been approved by the NM-E team.

Content Restrictions: All video and photo content shared on NM-E's social media platforms must be related to "overlanding", "camping", and/or "off-road" activities.

Moderation Rights: NM-E retains the right to delete, decline, or remove members or posts on its social media platforms at any time.

TRADEMARKED 2021. NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION LLC.

The phrases “RIGS+COFFEE,” “NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION,” and our logo are Trademarked and protected by trademark laws.

No unauthorized use of our logo or the phrases “RIGS+COFFEE,” “COFFEE+RIGS,” “RIGS+BREWS,” “BREWS+RIGS,” or “NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION” is permitted without written consent from NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION LLC.

If written consent has been approved by NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION LLC, all parties must adhere to NM-E terms.

Approval is for one-time use only! For multiple events, NM-E must be contacted for an extended contract.

Ads, events, or any materials utilizing our trademarks or logo must prominently feature the NM-E logo and include a statement such as “NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION LLC is giving written consent to use this copyright or trademark for this event” in the description.

All events using NM-E trademarks or logo must support NM-E and its sponsors.

NM-E holds itself to a high standard, and event holders must maintain professionalism at all times.

NEWMEXICO-EXPEDITION reserves the right to decline any inquiries or cancel its terms with event holders at any time.

PARTNERSHIP WITH RIGS&COFFEE:

NM-E is proud to announce its partnership with Rigs&Coffee to host official coffee meets in New Mexico. Rigs&Coffee holds the trademarks and copyrights for the following names. Under the partnership, Newmexico-Expedition will operate under the copyright and trademark umbrella of Rigs&Coffee. NM-E has obtained written consent to use the below copyrights and/or trademarks for events, videos, and pictures on social media or the website.

Additionally, NM-E will exclusively host Rigs&Coffee as a monthly event in New Mexico, with no other groups permitted to use Rigs&Coffee within a 200-mile radius of Albuquerque, NM.
